Yes Liberal-Party-Elected Premier Kathleen Wynne will still be in charge on Friday no matter what happens in today’s five by-elections, but she must be just a tad nervous today.
The more Liberal seats that are lost, the more of an indictment it will be on the scandalous McWynnety era in which Ms. Wynne has most definitely been a player.
Did the Liberal Party make a mistake by eschewing Sandra Pupatello as leader? She could have legitimately provided the cover that Wynne is now trying to use by whimpering that she wasn’t part of those “conversations”. Pupatello had actually not been in “those rooms” for sure because she was in private life just before the leadership convention.
And of course Kathleen Wynne was Liberal campaign co-chair in 2011. Oops!
Well all that is moot now and the citizens will have their say today.
If you life in the byelection ridings please vote. Send a message to this corrupt Lieberal Government that you are not going to take it anymore!!
Use your democratic right to vote before the Liberals try to subvert that too.

Ontario byelections: Memories of McGuinty die hard — and keep dragging the Liberals down – Martin Regg Cohn (Star):
…But the undeniable reality is that all five seats were previously held by the Liberals. They hadn’t previously lost any byelections in Liberal-held ridings since 2007…
Scott Stinson: Ontario byelection results aren’t the ones Liberals hoped for – National Post:
…Whether it’s the influx of union support in targeted ridings or just an experienced ability to get out the party’s vote, if the legislature was turned over in a staggered series of byelections, leader Andrea Horwath would almost certainly be the next premier.
