So I find it most odd that Iggy and Rae and others are not around to take part in the discussion to praise the so-call environmental plan which they and dion worked together. Dion is playing pay back time to his own caucus for what they are doing to him personally. That is why he involved his entire caucus on this crazed plan, because he knows if he goes down they go as well.
