Because they are unfit to govern and only target people they think they can bully? (<–usually wrong about that, too)

For the same reason that Miller, Chief Blair and Dalton McFibber allow naked men to parade in front of little boys during Pride day event while knowing they will never be arrested for child abuse from the quasi-pedophilia that is illegal for heterosexuals .
These are gutless weasels who hide behind the Charter when they want to change the Laws that they don’t agree with but are politically beneficial to stay in power.
Dalton promised to get Funding for Austistic children as a Human Right to access the Health Care system , but once elected he failed to deliver and blamed the Courts for ordering him to keep his promise .
McFibber said he would not allow Judges to dictate Government Policy , but then pushed through the same-Gender laws for about 150 Rights issues because he said it was becoming the law soon and the Courts have ruled and i must obey them.
But he added a $1 billion dollar health care tax on us and turned around and gave most of it to GM and FORD to save CAW jobs .

This is obviously what happens when a Liberal government becomes arrogant after being handed a HUGE majority mandate. I will never forgive John Tory..it was his to lose, and he sure lost. Time to replace him with a real Conservative and hand this arrogant Premier his ass on a platter.
