When Margaret Trudeau was cavorting with known drug-users, the media thought it was cool.
When Trudeau fathered a child out of wedlock (yes, I know I’m dating myself), that was considered cool.
When Chretien’s son was accused of rape/molestation, it was not given too much media play.
When Belinda Stronach apparently helped break up a marriage, and she said it was a private matter, “journalists” were cool with that. They ceased and desisted.

I guess Trudeau’s dictum of “the nation has no business in the bedrooms of the nation” apply only if Liberals are involved.
